Mark has been a senior leader in both military & commercial maritime environments. He has led global operational teams, cultural change programmes and - as a Chief of Staff - advised a number of senior figures across a broad range of challenging issues. More recently, Mark has worked as a consultant, advising on people & organisational capability building.

Mark has a BA from Warwick University, an MA from King’s College London and a Master’s degree in business from HULT (Ashridge) University. He is a qualified project manager & business coach.
